Website design & build · Sarasota, FL

Website design that earns its keep.

Marketing sites, landing pages and portfolios for Sarasota businesses — designed from a blank page, coded to load in under a second, and handed over so you own every line of it.

  • From $600, fixed
  • 2–8 weeks, agreed up front
  • No templates, no lock-in

What you get

A site built for your business, not a template with your logo on it.

Most small-business sites are the same theme wearing different colours. Yours starts as an empty file.

Designed for you

The layout follows what you sell and who buys it — not what a theme author decided in 2019. You see and approve the design before a line of production code is written.

  • Custom layout, built to your brand
  • Mobile-first, tested on real screens
  • Approved before anything is built

Fast enough to notice

Hand-written HTML and CSS, no page builder, no framework tax, images sized properly. Visitors leave slow sites, and Google has counted speed as a ranking factor for years.

  • Loads in under a second
  • No bloated plugins to break
  • Accessible: real contrast, real keyboard support

Findable from day one

Titles, descriptions, structured data, a sitemap and analytics are part of the build, not an upsell. A beautiful site nobody finds is an expensive business card.

  • SEO fundamentals wired in
  • Submitted to Google Search Console
  • You get the code — no platform lock-in

How it goes

Four steps, and you know the price after the second one.

  1. 01

    A real conversation

Thirty minutes on what the site has to do — sell, book, explain, reassure. You leave with a recommendation even if you never hire me.

  2. 02

    A fixed quote

A written scope with one price and a delivery date. Landing pages start at $600, full sites at $1,800, and the number does not move unless you ask for something new.

  3. 03

    Design, then build

You approve the design first. Then it gets built, with a live preview link that updates as it grows, so nothing is a surprise at the end.

  4. 04

    Launch, and 30 days after

I handle the deploy, the domain and the analytics. Then thirty days of free tweaks, because the small things always surface once real visitors arrive.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

How long does it take?

Two to three weeks for a landing page, six to eight for a full site. The date goes in the quote. What usually moves it is waiting on content from you, which is why the quote says what is needed and when.

Do I have to write the copy?

No. Most clients arrive with a rough idea and some old material; I shape it into the page and you approve it. If you would rather write it yourself, the design leaves room for that too.

What happens after launch?

Thirty days of free tweaks are included. After that you can leave it alone — a static site does not rot the way a plugin-heavy one does — or put it on a care plan from $75 a month.

Need software rather than a site? That is app development. Already have a site that needs looking after? That is a care plan.
